Dear Teacher,

I am going to take leave after recess because of personal illness. I could not able to sit during the class hours for long time. Due to certain problems, I am suffering a lot and there is little bit problems faced while sitting in the class. So, ask you to permit for taking leave after recess.

Please grant me permission to take leave.
