An application to the class teacher to tell her that my caste certificate is in the process:

To  

   The Class Teacher,

   8th standard “A”,

   ABC school,

   Chennai.

Respected Mam,

Subject: Application acknowledging that my caste certificate is in process- reg.

                   I would like to acknowledge you that, as the caste certificate of mine you asked for verification, is still under process, I couldn’t submit it within this week.                      

               Though I had applied for it three weeks ago in Tahsildar’s office, it is getting delayed. So I kindly request you to grant me permission to submit the certificate by next week.
