Most humbly and respectfully I beg to state that I could not be present in school in exams.

It was due to the heavy flooding in my area which was caused due to the heavy rains, you must be familiar with it.

With everything around messed up and also poor connection I could not inform the school authorities about it. And also could not inform any of my friends either.
