There is a great problem prevailing in the demand-supply relation in the economic market because of the uninformed consumers. Uninformed consumers are those are unaware of the quality of products sold by less famous brands or stores. So the questions is, is it ethical enough to target uninformed consumers?

The answer is, yes. As the global economy relies more on industries these days, it is a great step forward if the stores and brands target uninformed consumers. This can be done through advertisements or through customer reviews.

There seems to have a constant decrease of food consumers in convenience stores because of the decade-old trust issues. Customers are unaware that the c-stores have improved in recent years. According to a study, 70% of the customers claim that they never consider buying something from the c-store food service.

This is the main problem when it comes to uninformed consumers:either they don't consider spending money on those stores or they spend more money on branded products than buying actual quality products from stores. Though this is a major issue, the younger generation is much more interested in buying quality products than spending money on brand names blindly.

These are the reasons why it is very important and ethical to target those uninformed consumers to spread awareness and help the small industries grow.

In fact, it is not smart to target the uninformed consumers.  It is because they are not aware of the overall quality of your products offered by your business.

In some instances, targeting the uninformed consumers may appear ethical. It is because the worldwide economy hugely relies on  industries.

If you want to develop the economy, you can target the uninformed consumer with the help of customer reviews or advertisements.
