Stray Animals are nowadays becoming a major issue for the society. As they often block traffic on the roads which results in traffic jams and in some cases they are the reason for various accidents too. On the roads they feel unsafe and often chase people and attack them. Due to lack of availability of farm land, they end up squatting on busy roads and again leading to jams. Now they have started roaming in the residential areas too where they occupy the area in the parks which causes problem to the residents. We should take care of them by opening Animals shelter where they should feel safe, because they need care not I'll treatment.
