Fast food are mushrooming in every town or city of our country.There is no doubt that fast food is becoming popular because it is easily available and convenient to eat,and is also tasty.The problem with fast food is that it is prepared in unhygienic conditions.The ingredients used in the preparation are often unhealthy.Fast food joints use cheap variety ofghee ,oil and butter. Vegetables and meat used in preparing the fast food items are often stale.the consumer get only unwanted fats and carbohydrates.
the need of the hour is to avoid fast food.One should take only home made hygienic food. The health department should ensure that fast food centres sell only fresh and hygienic food.
