plastic bags are non-degradable material.they can't be decomposed.if plastic bags are dumped in the soil they will remain as it is.if we throw plastic bags here and there in our surrounding then animals like-cow will eat it then it causes many harmful diseases in that animal
we can stop it by reusing it , recycling it, by using paper bags instead of poly bags.
