Corporal Punishment means physical Torture. This could be in the form of beating, Canning or even whipping. Making a student nail down or stand for hours, pinching and slapping are all set to be banned.

The corporal punishment has been the norm in several parts of the country for teaching the right attitude of children who do not do well in studies. Reports can be seen every now and then which reveal that sometimes the punishment is show her that it amounts to cruelty.
