Begging implies poverty of these children. These poverty-stricken children are forced to beg; they are deprived of the privilege of educating themselves. These begging children will grow into unskilled, uneducated, and illiterate adults.
Our country needs highly skilled and educated human resource in order to achieve her national goals of advancement and development. Besides, living in poverty, unhygienic conditions, amidst pollution, these children are vulnerable to many health hazards.
The Government must make some provisions for these deprived children. The Government must provide basic subsistence allowance along with free education to such children as are forced to beg.
