Obesity generally occurs when a person consumes more than the required amount of food on a regular basis and does not indulge in physical activities to burn the excess fat. The problem can also be genetic and may even be caused as a side effect of certain medicines or psychological factors such as sadness, depression, nervousness, etc.
Follow a healthy diet that is full of various micronutrients. However, keep a tab on how much you eat.
Instead of having three large meals a day it is suggested to have four-five small meals.
Squeeze in at least half an hour each day to exercise.
Keep a check on your body weight as well as your waist line.
Obesity is not just a problem in its own; it can lead to various serious health problems such as cardiovascular diseases, brain stroke, infertility, sleep apnea and diabetes. Most reasons due to which people become fat is because of the kind of food they take. People eat everything without following a proper diet. And when I say diet, I don't mean to stop eating things. Who said diet means not eating anything? It's completely wrong. Diet means eating light foods, and having a timetable for their food. Most of the kids love junk food, including me. Doesn't mean I'm going to eat junk food everyday. Junk food should be taken occasionally. Most of the kids force their parents to buy junk foods, which isn't at all good. A healthy diet is required for a person to be fit and healthy. And the other reason is that most of the children sit at home and be on screens. I mean that they don't bother about others, they won't see the outer and real life. They're always on their mobiles. Children should go and play outdoors, which is better than playing video games indoors. Sitting and watching things on phone will make kids stressed. As they are sitting for a long period of time fats attack their stomach, eventually, they become fat. These are the two main things for which obesity attacks kids.
