The system have to be changed, towards two party democracy or single party democracy. If both these ideas are not workable, the best alternative is to dismantle, the party status of all political parties after the election. This will enable the elected bodies to take quick decisions. Decisions are delayed, because of lack of cooperation among the ruling party and the the stated opposition parties. The present trend(as well as the past), of opposing all government decisions are not good for progress or development of the nation.
