Pollution

Pollution has become the most serious issue as everyone is facing lots of health hazards in their daily life. Various types of pollutants from the industrial garbage and other activities are contaminating our natural resources like air, water, soil, etc. After being mixing into the soil, air and water, they are directly affecting the human being and animal body system and causing variety of lethal ailments to health. Noise pollution is affecting the listening system in the body as well as causing disturbance to the memory.

The rate of pollution in the cities is higher than the villages because of the vehicles transportation. Fumes arise from the running vehicles, factories and other industries are affecting the clean air of cities which is not fit for the breathing. Soiled water from the big sewage system, other garbage from the households, by-products from the factories and industries are directly mixing to the rivers, lake and oceans. Most of the solid wastes, garbage and other unused things are thrown away by the people on the land which cause soil pollution and affect the crop production. Most of the people in the cities spread noise pollution to a great extent during their birthday, marriage or other occasions just for their short time happiness. All the roads in the cities become full of traffic all through the day because of the increasing number of vehicles which are the reason of both air pollution and noise pollution.

Ultimately all the man made technological advancement is the big reason of all types of pollution on the earth. So, no one other than human, who is digging a pit of pollution worldwide and creating a serious problem for the living things on the earth. The quality of life is worsening day by day as pollution acts as a devil which causes various health ailments like high blood pressure, kidney disorders, respiratory disease, cancer, epidemics, skin diseases, etc.

♻ ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION ♻

➡ Pollution generally refers to the addition of harmful and undesirable substances into the environment due to which the organisms living within the environment gets affected adversely. Pollution does not only affect humans, it also affects animals and humans too. The agents or substances which causes pollution are termed as "POLLUTANTS". Today, all over the world, the actual environment is getting poisonous due to the addition of those undesirable substances into it. Generally, the major types of pollution are AIR POLLUTION, WATER POLLUTION, LAND POLLUTION, NOISE POLLUTION.

➡ Air pollution is the pollution which is caused due to the addition of certain pollutants in air which degrades air quality making it harmful and poisonous too. The main causes of air pollution are smoke from industries, toxicated fumes from vehicles (automobiles exhausts) , etc. It leads to irritation , respiratory problems amd other harmful effects like stress, strain, headache, etc.

➡ Water pollution is the pollution which is caused due to the addition of certaim pollutants in water making it poisonous and unsafe for drinking purpose. These pollutants also degrades its actual quality and affects it very adversely. The main causes of water pollution are - Throwing garbages in lakes, rivers, ponds, etc., Oil spills from ship-tankers, Bathing of animals in certain water sources, etc. Drinking polluted water causes jaundice, hepatitis, cholera, typhoid, etc.

➡ Land pollution is the pollution that occurred when certain non-biodegradable agents or harmful, undesirable substances gets decomposed in land surface. These affects the land adversely and make the land unsafe. Sometimes, this type of pollution often takes place in agricultural fields or lands making that field (or land), unsuitable for producing (or cultivating) crops.

➡ Noise pollution and sound pollution both are same thing. They are generally caused by high sound levels generally prevalent on using LOUDSPEAKERS. Also, the honking horns of vehicles and loud noise from factories causes sound pollution but these actions have serious effects. Sound or noise pollution leads tp headache, stress, strain, cardiovascular dideases, hearing loss, high blood pressure, etc.

➡ So, the government should take strict actions against the environmental pollution. At the same time, general awareness should be spread for the future benefits of the people of that country.
