Its important to understand that in this era of social interaction among various groups all around the globe, gender equality is highly important.

In order to ensure such equality, firstly the opinion leaders, influential people, i.e the staff, teachers and etc should assure that theres equality. There should be equal treatment of all the students. That means similar opportunities should be presented to both. For example, If there is a sports ground for the boys then there should be seperate same sized sports ground for the girls as well.

There should be campaigns on equality. Awareness programs, if theres a head boy then there should be a head girl as well.
