I would like to register a complaint regarding the quality of headphones. It is a severely defective product as sound isn't heard from the left earpiece. The charger is not working ans it does have minor connectivity issues.
Immediate action regarding this complaint is requested. Either a replacement headphones or it's cost is preferable.
