Respected Sir,
Sub: Postponement of Annual Examination.
This is in reference to the forthcoming Annual Examinations for the Class IX. We have been asked to conduct the exams on March 20th, 2018.
As you know that we have been affected by floods and rains even this year, the school was unable to function and had to declare holidays for more than two weeks. This has caused a back-log in completing the portions.
We request you to please postpone the exams for two weeks further so that, we not only will be able to complete the portion but also, will be able to give revision for the children.
