Dear Sir,
This is to give you a report on camp that was conducted in our college as a part of Thalassemia Test Camp. The announcement of the conduction of the camp started one month prior to the camp. The camp was a success subject to the advertisement efforts we have made. A total of 500 people attended the camp. We had to run the camp for two days i.e., 11th May 2019 and 12th May 2019. We collected the required samples from the people and performed the tests. We found hereditary defects in 207 people. Also, we reached the people who attended the camp with the results.
The reports and the analysis are all saved and recorded. Will be submitting the records within 2 days.

It is a matter of great pride for all of us that under your able guidance we organized a Thalassemia Test Camp in our college, Greenwoods Global College on May 16, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Doctors from Fortis and Apollo Hospital came and conducted the tests on as many as 500 people. It was organized to spread awareness about Thalassemia. The reports of the tests will be provided to the people on May 20, 2019. Follow up assistance and medication will also be provided.
