Dear Jenny
I am doing good. Mother told me that you are down with viral fever and hence on bed rest. She also said that you are getting bored not being able to meet your friends or go out of the house.
I think I have a solution to that. Do you remember telling me that you are not able to make time to read like before? And that you would love to resume your reading habit? I suggest that you catch up with that hobby now. The latest book by your favorite author has just hit the stands yesterday. Please ask Dad to get you a copy. I am sure he will only be happy to do so.
There is a new detective series being telecast on XYZ channel on TV at 10 pm. Just like how you try to solve a detective story when you read the book, you can also watch this serial and try guessing how each episode progresses.
What do you think about my suggestions? Of course, you can do whatever you find interesting. These are just my thoughts.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.

KennyI hope this mail of mine finds you recovering and
convalescing fast! I was very much shocked and concerned to have known about
your sudden illness. I was told your blood-cell count had dipped very low!
Thank God, you were timely admitted and treated by professional doctors. Thank
God you are back home. Since the doctor has advised you bed rest for a few
days, I would like to advise you a few golden tips for your faster recovery.
Kindly don't allow any negative thought or worry to upset the peace of your
mind. With peace in your mind you will recover faster. Reading some good self
books such as ‘You Can Heal Your Life’, and ‘I Can Do It’, by Louis L. Hay will
help you convalesce faster! If possible, do watch some amusing, comic, and
humorous movies, programmes, etc. Laughter really heals very fast. Regularly
pray to God Almighty for his blessings. We are always praying for your speedy
recovery. Next Sunday, I am coming to see you. I wish you a very speedy
recovery.
Regards,
Mohan
