Recently, I got to know that you have been neglecting sports because of studies! Well, that is not appreciable. If you are not physically fit then how can you be able to study, concentrate and pursue your dreams? As your sister I don't want you to be a couch potato! And therefore I would like to highlight some benefits and positive impacts of sports and games in one's life.
Sports... the definition of sports itself states that it is inclusive of all physical activities which aim at improving one's physical and mental state of mind. physical workout reduces the chances of cardiovascular and neurological diseases (mainly). It enhances one's decision making skills, swiftness and strengthens oneself. Well, mental problems mainly depression can be overcome by sports (exercises) . Finally, one feels better and relaxed, resulting in good sleep and more concentration!
Brother, even if you start playing 30 minutes to 60 minutes per day...it won't harm you, instead, it will be highly beneficial to you! You will be physically fit, mentally fit and emotionally fit! And you can play any sport you like...but going out is important.
