Then equation=>

(x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2

(x-8)^2 + (y+10)^2 = r^2

x^2 + 64 - 16x + y^2 + 100 + 20y = r^2

x^2 - 16x + y^2 + 20y = r^2 - 164.....●
