Heating of Gypsum at a particular temperature of 373 K is responsible for the production of Paris' Plaster.
In Paris, using this, plaster was made on the walls of houses. When plaster of Paris is reacted with water, it again gets converted into gypsum again.
The reaction is given below -
CaSO4.1/2H2O + H2O ------------------> CaSO4.2H2O
USES -
