Write an essay on comparing the administration of India with that of Belgium and Srilanka with example

In India there, is Federal form of government in which the power is divided between Central, State/Provincial and Local government whereas in Sri Lanka there is unitary form of government in which there is only one level of government or the sub units are subordinate to the central government. In Federal government state government is not subordinate to the central government. On the other hand in Unitary government, the central government can pass orders to the state government.
Belgium also has Federal political framework. There is majoritarianism in Sri Lanka which makes the majority community stronger whereas Belgium follows an accomodation policy which gives equal powers to all the communities.
