hud hud is was thw second strongest tropical cyclone in the north Indian ocean of 2014. hud hud originated from a low pressure surface under the influence of an upper-air cyclonic circulation in the Andaman on October 6. hud hud identified as a cyclonic storm on 8 th October and as a severe cyclonic storm on 9 th october. it made its land fall at vizag (poodimadaka) and caused severe damage to vizag, srikakulam, vijianagaram, east nad west godavari.at the time of land fall the wind came with a speed of 185 km/h it destroyed the greenary of vizag and vizag ship yard is totally damaged. many fisher man lost their boats and nearly 109 were killed and 7000 crores rupees property loss
