Diwali is a festival of lights and joy .Its a festival which is meant to be celebrated with full enthusiasm. Burning firecrackers is not showing joy or happiness , its just harming the environment . In ancient time , diwali was celebrated by lighting candles and diyas but as time passed , things ecolved ,the place of candels and diyas was taken up by simple crackers , and now massive ones. card board is requirec for making fire crackers and this means that thousands of tress are cut down for such useless purpose . A lot of people lose their lives . People with breathing problems suffer a lot during diwali due to the pollution created by the crackers . When we buy costly crackers , and burn them we feel very pleased, but think how much money we just burnt into ashes. I just hope people understand that diwali is much better when celebrated without crackers and the next diwali the use of crackers would be less.

In India there are many festivals. In short it is a land of festivals. Among all the festivals Diwali is my fvrt. Before arrival of Diwali we just clean our house nd decorate . Diwali is a festival of lights. we celebrate Diwali with great enthusiasm. people distribute sweets to their neighbours . we wear new clothes nd have lots of fun.
on this day we burst crackers. while bursting crackers it release harmful smoke which get mixed in our atmosphere. The atmosphere contains dangerous gases which may leads to one to come in contact with diseases. So keeping this in mind ,the people of India should celebrate Diwali without bursting crackers nd make it eco friendly . Apart from busrting crackers, we can do many other stuff like putting rangoli , decorating it with beautiful diya's , lantern etc. Eco friendly is nothing but a head towards d bright future.
