These factors include healthy eating, exercise and enough sleep. If a child remains active in these three factors, they will most likely grow at a normal rate. Eventually, puberty catches up to both boys and girls. During this time their body changes and they will grow a bit more before they stop growing. A girl will reach her adulthood
