Homeless People and our Responsibility towards them
Homeless people in a country are the responsibility of that country’s Government and people. The Government and the people must provide them a place to live in.
The Government collects huge amount of taxes from the people; the Government must make houses, apartments, and colonies for such people as are homeless.
In case the Government is short of funds, special taxes can be collected from people to build homes for the homeless.
