Unemployment

What's Unemployment? When your not employed, that is when you won't get paid for work, or have no work related to studies, it's called unemployment. Workers are unemployed.

Why? Mostly Because of their parent's financial status. They're parents didn't let them study, or had no money for their children's study, or the child failed in his studies, he has no option but still he has to lead his life. So he'll work in the industries, factories, little shops and will get a name called "Unemployed Person". The main causes of unemployment are :

• Increase in Population : India's population is growing continuosly which is a main problem for unemployment. There are more people and less jobs.

• Caste system : Many job's, even if it's illegal to see a person's cast, they give jobs at many places by looking at their caste. Low caste people are being unemployed.

• Slow growth of Industrialization : Government isn't supporting the start up of industries because they believe industries cause pollution to water as well as air, hence few people are left unemployed.

Few ways to reduce unemployment :

» One way is to give free education to the poor. And also to single girl child. This law is already given, but not correctly followed everywhere.

» Establishment of different universities in different places.

» Government schools should be looked after with interest. Government schools are left behind, and no parent is ready to join their kids in a government schools which is left behind without taking any care.

» Well, my knowledge can only give these ideas.. So I'd like to conclude that unemployment is a bad thing, and I hope all the people will get educated to make India a completely employed country.

Unemployment is a major problem facing the country, which rapidly blocks the path of progress. Here the number of unemployed young men and women is increasing day by day. After fifty years of independence, we are miles away from our goal of providing employment to all.

The increasing problem of unemployment is always a challenge for our progress, peace and stability. There are many reasons for unemployment in our country. The number of unemployed educated people with uneducated unemployed is also increasing steadily. 90% of the country's farmers are incomplete or semi-unemployed, for which there is no work all year round. They are busy only during the crops.

There is no special work to do in the remaining time. If we look at the causes of unemployment, we will find that the biggest reason for this is the continuing growing population of the country. The pace of population growth is much higher than our resources, which in turn leads to the deterioration of the country's balance.

The important way to reduce unemployment is treating the poor with good and giving them what's basically needed such as giving education.and even government schools school be richly teach the students such as other state board schools.
