Water is a very important factor in ecology. And the effect of water is so important that there will be no human beings without water for more than a year.....And the organisms which will sustain this catastrophe will be micro organisms...or some of the multicellular organisms.....So, water is a very important factor of ecology.

Water is very important abiotic factor which is most demanded as it is essential for survival and is mainly used for drinking purposes and irrigation. Water has become a scarce resource. It is responsible for the maintenance of all the ecosystems on earth. It is mainly required for plant growth, survival of living beings, breeding of many animals mainly amphibians and it provides home to many species.
