Yoga is the combustion of the individuals mind, body and soul. Yoga is considered as one of the six reaches of classical philosophy and is refer to through the Vedas. Yoga is a spiritual quest and a way of life. It's purpose is to help each one of us to achive the highest potential and to experience enduring health and happiness.
