Write an expression for the gravitational potential energy of an object. An object of mass 10kg is at a certain height above the ground. if the potential energy of the object is 400 J, find the height at which the object is with respect to the ground. (Take g = 10 ms^-2)

400 = 10 into 10 into h
so,
       400=100h 
therefore, 
                
                   h=400/100
                   h=4 meters
