Sub : Cancelling of order
Dear sir
I can express only my deep dismay and displeasure at the non execution of the bulk orde that we placed with you for the purchase of shoes on 16 December 2020. The said order was tobe executed within 10 days . However , when more than a month expired , you expressed regrets giving the strike of workers in the factory as the main reason of non execution . We accepted your request for executing the order within a week . we condoned the delay keeping in view our previous good buisness terms . As we have not heard from you recently , we have reasons to believe that cancellation of the said order is only way left out for us . I hope that the cancellation of the said order will not affect our otherwise buisness terms in future .
