Respected Sir

Please allow me to air my views on the topic ' Accident caused by talking over cell phones at the time of crossing road or driving'

Many people are there who talks on their cell phone while crossing the road or driving. Now s says this has become the main reason for most of the accidents. People become careless. The traffic police should take necessary action. People talking on the phone while driving or walking should be fined.

I will be highly obliged if the above gets a place in your esteemed daily to get the authority concern

Yours faithfully
