In many marriage people don’t ask sufficient food for them as when they see more food they tend to take more food.when they start to eat they feel to eat more so they ask more after sometime they feel full and food will be wasted.to avoid wastage we should ask or take only as much as food we need.we can also avoid wastage by giving it to poor people or animals which makes you feel that we have done a help to living being,water which is wasted can be used for plants and trees
