Jai hind !

here is your answer ... .

As we know that integers include all the numbers from -infinite to +infinite and they can be in the form of
p/q (p , q not equal to zero)

so , here are some rules of addition and multiplication of integers :

● Rules for addition :

In addition if one digit is negative and other is also negative then both the digits will add up and there will be a negative sign for answer . For example :

▪ (-2 - 3 )

= -5

------------------------------------------------------------

● Rules for subtraction :

In subtraction if one digit is of negative sign and other digit has positive sign then we will subtract the digits and the sign will come of greater digit .

For example :

▪ ( - 5 + 8 )

= + 3

another example ..

▪ ( + 3 -9 )

= -6

--------------------------------------------------------------

● Rules for multiplication :

In multiplication there are two types of possibilities :

1) If two digits are in multiplication and both the digits has negative sign then after multiplication there will be positive sign for answer . For example :

▪( -3 × -2 )

= +6

2) If two digits are in multiplication in which one digit has positive sign and other has negative sign then the answering digit will have negative sign always .

For example :

▪ ( -3) × (+2 )

= -6

---------------------------------------------------------------

so , these were some basic rules for addition and multiplication of integers . If you found any problem regarding this or have any queries then you can ask .
