Hello buddy..
Gold Plating
Our gold plating Service is used primarily for many applications in electrical contacts/switches/connector pins, and many other related purposes and we add cobalt to increase its hardness and resistance to wear. It has a unique color and does not oxidize so its electrical properties remain the same over time. We follow Mil Spec G-45204 Rev. C.
Palladium Plating
Call it White Gold. White color. Harder than cobalt gold. Non-oxidizing. Less expensive than gold. A lower cost, white colored alternative in electrical contact applications. Mil Spec P-45209
Rhodium Plating
Our rhodium plating services are best for heavy duty electrical contact applications. Rhodium has a white color and is super hard with a high resistance to wear as it does not oxidize. We follow Mil Spec R-46085 Rev. A.
Silver Plating
Silver is a soft metal so it can wear at sliding contacts. However it is an excellent conductor of electricity and heat and is highly adaptable. Our silver plating service is popular in radio frequency conductivity applications such as antennas, radio chassis, and cellular phone gear. High radio frequency conductivity can be achieved by taking advantage of its ability to be alloyed with other metals, such as gold, which can also control oxidation of the silver.
Copper Plating
Copper is frequently used as an undercoat to silver, gold, and palladium. It adheres to the precious metals very well and also adheres to many base metals far better than the precious metals do. As an undercoat, copper also provides good corrosion resistance for the base metal. Copper can be soldered in electrical assembly and Mil Spec C-14550
Electroless Nickel Plating
As a metal that is corrosion-resistant and produces a white, matte finish, electroless nickel precision plating, it can create a uniform plate on parts so that inside corners and cavities are not thinly coated and outside corners are not thickly coated. Electroless nickel is a good plating material for many types of aluminum and so can be sued as base for metals which do not adhere well to aluminum.
Hope it helps you buddy..
