Myapia = (short sigtedness) the defect of version due to which a persion cannot see the distant object clearly.It caused due to eye ball being too long.
Hypermetropia = (long sightedness) the defect of vision due to which a person cannot see the nearby objects clearly.It caused due to eye ball being too short.

myopia - the person who cannot see nearest object clearly then they are said to be suffering from myopia
hypermetropia- the person who cannot ses distant (far) objects clearly then they are said to be suffering from hypermetropia
