Hi friend!

Primary sexual characteristics:

1) In boys, the reproductive organs are testes.
While in girls, it is the ovaries.

2) In girls, breasts develop which produces milk for offspring in mammary gland.

One thing in common is both in boys and girls, hair begins to grow in pubic regions and armpits.

Secondary sexual characteristics:

3) Boys grow facial hair, moustache and beard, while girls do not.

4) Boys' chest become wider, and girls' hip widens.

5) In boys, hair begins to grow on chests.

6) Boys have a visible bump on their neck called Adam's apple, which is actually the voice box or larynx. Their voice becomes low-pitched and deep.
Girls' voice would usually be high-pitched.

Hope you found my answer helpful. Keep Smiling!
