IN FAVOUR:-

1. in democracy every individual has equal right
2. democracy enhance dignity of citizens.
3. All the decisions are taken by government which give benefit to country and citizens

Against Democracy :-

1. money and muscle power is used by party leaders to win election
2. top places in party are mainly taken by relatives of party leader.
