mass can be defined as the amount of inertia present in the body or the amount of matter present in a body.

weight can be defined as the force with which an object is pulled towards the earth.

mass is constant everywhere in the universe.

weight depends on the gravity exerted by the planet in the object, and hence it is differs from place to place.

hope this helps

1) Mass is magnitude of any substance but weight is the force by which earth attracts a body towards its surface

1)Mass remains constant while weight changes with height
