write any two reasons of the backwardness of women in India?

I think there are two major reasons :

LACK OF VISION : This is something that is missing in the Indian Youth. We don't know where we are heading. Majority of the youth go clueless after obtaining a degree. We are not taught, at the basic level to focus on the bigger picture.

EDUCATION SYSTEM : This is something that Indians are proud of. If someone makes it to the IIT, then he's successful. This mindset needs to change. Irrespective of the student, institutions have to make it a point to grow in terms of Research. Our graduates are not ‘Industry Ready’ even after graduation. Something is terribly wrong.
