Aldehydes respond to Tollen's test forming Silver mirror ppt. whereas Ketones do not respond to Tollen's test.
Aldehydes also give pink color with Schiff's reagent which is not shown by Ketones.
At last, Aldehydes give positive Fehling Test but not Ketones.
