Hello you all.. Hope all like my answer...
Today, unfortunately, our country is faced with one of the grimmest problems – that of mass-unemployment among the educated young men and women. In Kerala, Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and other States, where the percentage of educated people is high, the educated people are tried hard to cope up with the problem.
After the Independence it was believed that the problem of unemployment would become a ‘myth of the past’ and that not a single educated son or daughter of Free India would suffer from the plight of unemployment. But the situation took a different turn. The number of unemployment, especially among educated persons began to increase with alarming rapidity. In 1957, ten years after the attainment of independence, India exhibited a grim spectacle of mass- unemployment and a committee, appointed by the Government of India, in its report gave the starling and gravely alarming facts and figures, proving the truth that a large percentage of the University graduates, especially in Arts, had not been provided with employment.

The problems faced by the person who is educated yet unemployed are many to be given. His or her own relatives start doubting their abilities and their shineness. They think it was a wastage of money which they had spent on the individual. Their own skills start lacking infront the ones who are educated to same level but are employed.
They lose the hope and think what was the reward for working hard to polish their passion and devotion towards studies.
The most important is that sometimes the people who are not very well skilled or educated get a more better work which is a threat to a countries future as the skilled ones would be left behind, making a clear way to the ones who have a little knowledge.
Last but not least, if a person is educated yet unemployed, in a course of time if the individual stops using their knowledge, he or she will definitely forget about it just as a machine stops working if kept unused for a long period of time.Hence, if they even get a chance in future to show their worth, they will not be able to do so.
Corruption is one the top reason that why are the educated ones still unemployed. People prefer taking money to employ a worker rather than judjing him or her on the basis of their abilities and skills and knowledge.
People lose self confidence and sometimes they are forced to do small jobs as working in a shop than working in a company for fulfilling their daily basic necessities. This puts our as well as their future in wrong hands.
No work is big or small but sometimes a big brain, when used correctly can bring out a good profit instead of a money build brain.
