CuSO4 . 5H2O + conc. H2SO4 (aq.) = CuSO4 (s) + SO2 (g) + H2O (l)
Hope it helps:)

Explanation:

When crystals of copper sulphate are dropped into sulphuric acid then the copper sulphate will lose its water molecules as sulphuric acid is a dehydrating agent resulting in the formation of a solid copper sulphate.

This solid copper sulphate will be ahnydrous hence it will be white in color.

The chemical equation for the reaction will be as follows.

       CuSO_{4}.5H_{2}O + H_{2}SO_{4}(aq) \rightarrow CuSO_{4}(s)+ SO_{2}(g)+ H_{2}O(l)
