Chetan Bhagat is a famous English columnist and novelist from India gained much popularity from his works of writing and was featured as a judge on television shows in India and has his writing adapted into mainstreams movies in Bollywood.
Born in New Delhi, India, on 21 April 1971, Chetan Bhagat received his earlier education from Army Public School in Dhaula Kuan in Delhi. He later on went to the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi to do his B. Tech followed by doing an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
His career didn't sweep off from India in fact Chetan Bhagat as a novelist wasn't known until quite a while. He worked as an investment banker in Hong Kong for over a decade. Later on he went to writing bestselling novels like Five Point Someone (2004), One Night @ the Call Center (2005), The 3 Mistakes of My Life (2008), 2 States (2009), Revolution 2020 (2011), What Young India Wants (2012) (speeches and columns), Half Girlfriend (2014), Making India Awesome (2015), One Indian Girl (2016) and The Girl in Room 105 (2018). All of these gained much popularity and later 5 of them were adapted into movies as well, examples include, Kai Po Che!, 2 States, 3 Idiots, Half Girlfriend and Hello.
