There was one time that I did something brave that helped and saved someone. It was quite long ago. There was this girl who was 1 year younger than me. She was my neighbor. I would always see her lonely in the parks but never bothered to talk to her. Everyone was talking bad about her. They were saying how she is very quiet or is poor and dirty. She seemed lonely. One day, while I was on the swing, I noticed the girl was surrounded by some older kids. They were teasing her. I didn't mind until they became very rude. The girl started crying. So, I went up to the older kids and told them to stop or I'll tell to an adult or police man. They got a bit scared and went away. I was actually scared to face the bullies but helping someone brings happiness.
It makes everyone around me happy and it makes me happy.
The girl thanked me and now we are friends. I see this as an brave act as this made someone happy and not face more difficulty. Helping is a good moral that we follow with a brave heart no matter how scared you are. Always stand up for people who are getting bullied. Never ignore such problems and tell them to a responsible adult. I've learned alot form this brave act of mine and im very happy.
