ANSWER : ARTICLE 19 : All the fundamental rights are enshrined in Part III of the Constitution of India. The Right of freedom of Speech and Expression implies that every citizen has the rights to express his views, opinions, belief, and

convictions freely by mouth, writing, printing or through any other methods.

ARTICLE 20 :

No person shall be convicted of any offence except for violation of a law in force at the time of the commission of the act charged as an offence, nor be subjected to a penalty greater than that which might have been inflicted under the law in force at the time of the commission of the offence..

ARCTICLE 21 : Constitution of India. Right to education. The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of six to fourteen years in such manner as the State may, by law, determine.
