Answer

Resources are those which can be useful or can be made useful to man to fulfill his needs. Resources that are indirectly derived from nature for use, are called natural resources, including air, water which is fed by rain, lakes, rivers and wells by soil, land, forests, biodiversity, minerals, fossil fuels etc. This is how we get natural resources from the environment. When the human population (population) was small and they lived a controlled and moderate life. The use of resources was limited then. But due to increasing population and economic processes, excessive use of substances leads to heavy burden on the basis of natural resources and due to which the environment is being severely destroyed.

The huge increase in human population has led to deforestation, overflowing of wetlands (mangroves) and improvement of coastal areas to build their homes and factories. Large quantities of fossil fuels are used for industries and transportation. The elimination of forests is the cause of loss of biodiversity, which will cause future generations to be deprived of the biodiversity treasure.

This is so that further diversification of natural resources can be prevented and assured to use them in a just and rational manner, in a holistic manner. Conservation of natural resources involves the use of natural resources in a fair manner. Therefore, they cannot be used in vain, weathering or degraded and these resources remain available for both present and future generations.
