The kaziranga national park is located in the state of Assam. The history of a park is dates back to 1904 after the vicery of india, Lord curizon's wife visited the premises. she was not able to see single rhinoceros in the area that was supposed to be known for.

Lord curizon made arrangement for protection of rhinoceros. Today , it is one of the biggest protected land.
