by this time there were 3 estates 
1. clergies,they exempled from paying taxes
2.nobles,they have fuded privilages
3.common people,they want to pay the bulk of the taxes...so there was no eqality among the people also there was extra taxes thite & tallie....
during that tym there was reign of terror(robesphere)around 30000thousand people were guilationed....all these incident mde wrong on french society
