Explanation:

Bruno is very timid and shy. He is also very naive and has no self confidence. At the end of the film Bruno shows he is a loyal and is trustworthy. In part of the film Bruno also shows a negative side to his personality as he lies to a German soldier as to why his Jewish freind Shmuel is Eating in the house.
