Step 1.
Pell out lower epidermis of leaf.
Step 2.
Put it in water and add drops of Saffrain solution on it.
Step 3.
Take it out and put it on slide and add drops of glycerine on it. Put cover slip on it.
Step 4.
Put it under microscope and adjust it to get clear view of it.
